I began my journey at Ralston Vet as a veterinary assistant, eager to contribute to the care and well-being of our furry patients. Just 30 days into my role, management recognized my potential and encouraged me to interview for the internal marketing position. Fast forward a year and a half, and I was not only hired into that role but also transformed it into the position of Marketing and Communications Specialist. In this capacity, I oversee all aspects of our digital media, social media, website management, and customer service. By initiating significant changes to our brand and logo, I have helped define what “white glove” customer service truly means for our clients. I completely revamped our website with the support of an outsourced team, planned and executed various internal and external events, and crafted a detailed brand packet, among countless other initiatives. This journey has allowed me to make a lasting impact on our organization while showcasing my passion for both veterinary care and effective communication.
